CGS Technology, Inc. is an authorized participating vendor in the Ohio Exempt Professional Development Program (EPDP) Employee Computer Purchase Plan. This web site has been prepared to help you in identifying and/or selecting a computer to meet your needs.
At the top navigation bar choose the 'Systems' link. This link will lead you to all the great CGS workstations available – with FREE SHIPPING to EPDP participants. Simply find the workstation you like, click on ‘Customize’ and fill in the options you would like. In the notes section, please indicate you are participating in the Ohio Exempt Professional Development Program (EPDP). If you prefer you may call us directly at 330-487-0505.
CGS will email or fax you a copy of your customized workstation. Quotes do not need to be signed since they will be sent electronically. Mail the quote, along with your Exempt forms (i.e. Employee Computer Purchase Agreement and Assignment of Right to Receive Loan Check) to the EPDPoffice. You may download the forms here: http://www.das.ohio.gov/hrd/epdp/ The EPDP office will mail you a payment order. Fax this payment order, along with your CGS Technology quote, to 330-487-0599. Include a statement as to where you would like the workstation shipped. If you owe a difference a sales representative will contact you. You will receive your CGS workstation in about 7-10 days!
